Why am I so passionate about PASSIONATE COOKS?

As one of the contributing authors I can assure you that, for example, “Rob’s Decadent Hot Chocolate Sauce” is so easy you’ll be blown away… and end up eating it far more often than is good for you ;-)

PASSIONATE COOKS is available from 1st October as an eBook

Once you get your copy of the Passionate Cooks cookbook, here’s a challenge for you:

  • Tell me about a recipe from the book you’re dying to try.
  • Recommend me a recipe from the cookbook — I’m always after inspiration when it comes to cooking.
  • When you’ve tried a recipe or two, take a photo of your culinary masterpiece and email it to me so I can pin it to my Passionate Cooks Pinterest board. (Check out the photo of Rob’s Decadent Hot Chocolate Sauce!)

Send me your all-time favorite recipe I’ll feature it in my new RECIPE OF THE WEEK post on my website. If you’ve taken a photo of it that you’d like to share, that’d be great!

And in the spirit of free recipes, to get you all fired up here’s one of my favorite dessert recipes — not as easy as Rob’s Decadent Chocolate Sauce, but certainly worth the effort… and tastes even better the next day! I baked this one for our family Christmas dinner :)

  1. mmmm. yum. just might have to try that one.

    • It is absolutely divine, Rowena. I make it in a pie dish, which is even easier. And it lasts like a proper brownie–the kind that taste even better a couple of days after they’ve been baked.
