May 25th, 2009 by Maree Anderson in I just found out that Scent Of A Man, my 2008 FTHRW Golden Gateway entry, tied for the highest score overall in the first round of judging….and there’s actual prizemoney involved. Woohoo!
It eventually placed 2nd, so now I know I’m on the right track with it.
Not only that, but because it placed 2nd, I was able to opt for a year’s free membership to the From The Heart Romance Writers chapter.
There’s nothing like a double dose of good news to brighten an overcast and very chilly winter’s day.
